قانون معاشرت ۔۱۹
جناب جاوید احمد صاحب غامدی اپنی کتاب میزان خود پڑھا رہے ہیں۔ ان تدریسی نشستوں میں وہ اسلام کو جیسے کہ انہوں نے سمجھا طلباء کو پڑھا رہے ہیں۔ اس تدریسی نشت (نمبر ۱۸) میں وہ اپنی کتاب میزان حصہ دوئم سے قانون معاشرت کے اہم مباحث پڑھا رہے ہیں۔ قانون معاشرت کے ضمن میں نکاح کے ادارے سے متعلق بنیادی مباحث اور تعدد ازواج کے مباحث زیر مطالعہ ہیں۔ اسکے علاوہ اسلام میں ایک سے زیادہ نکاح کی اجازت، اسکا مقصد اور حدود و قیود بھی بیان ہیں۔ اسی بحث کے ضمن میں نبیﷺ کی شادیوں پر کئے جانے والے اعتراضات کا جائزہ بھی موجود ہے۔
