4. Supplication for Help
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ
O God! I seek refuge with You from sorrow, distress, meekness, laziness, stinginess, cowardice, and from the burden of debt and from the dominance of people.[1]
