The law for punishing blasphemy against the Prophet (sws) that is invoked in Pakistan has no foundation in the Qur’ān or Hadīth.
Marriage is not just about bringing the physical relationship between man and woman within the bounds of law.
This sūrah forms a pair with Sūrah Mulk, the previous sūrah. Thus there is no principal difference between the central themes and topics of the two.
