I Qur’anic Verse of the Day

True Faith

True believers are those whose hearts are filled with awe at the mention of God, and when His revelations are recited before them, their faith grows stronger and they are ones who trust their Lord alone, show diligence in the prayer and spend [for Our cause] from what We have given them. It is these who are true believers. For them are ranks before their Lord, forgiveness and a noble sustenance. (8:2-4)

II Hadith of the Day

Cheerful Countenance

Abu Dharr (rta) stated: “the Prophet(sws) said to me: ‘Do not consider anything among good conduct to be insignificant even if it is [as trivial as] meeting your brother with a cheerful countenance.’”[1]

III Bible Verse of the Day

Two Masters: God and Greed

No man is able to be a servant to two masters: for he will have hate for the one and love for the other, or he will keep to one and have no respect for the other. You may not be servants of God and of wealth. (Matthew, 6:24)
